Shipping, Refund and Store Policies

Refund Policy: Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.

FelixtheCat.com offers UPS, U.S. Postal Service or other shipping method at our discretion. We do not ship to APO, FPO or USS Ship

UPS DOES NOT SHIP HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. WE DO NOT OPEN DURING WEEKENDS.

  • All cleared* orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometime inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.
  • Free shipping items may take up to 7-12 business days for delivery.
  • Next Day Air Saver---All cleared* orders placed before 12:00 noon EST of a business day will be processed within 24 hours. NOTE: Once a package has been dropped of f to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alt any information and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
  • Second Day Air--- When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon EST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive two days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.  NOTE: Once a package has been dropped of f to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alt any information of the order and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier
  • 3 Day Select--- When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon EST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive three days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.  NOTE: Once a package has been dropped of f to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alt any information of the order and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
  • Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
  • All orders less than one pound and with total value under $80.00 USD may be shipped by USPS services. (First Class: packaged are usually delivered within 7-9 to any destination; Priority Mail: packaged are usually delivered within 2-5 days to any destination).

* A cleared order is define as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).
Cancellation of ORDERS
All orders that have been processed (Charged) CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances. Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please call us as soon as possible.

Price Changes

FelixtheCat.com reserve the right to change any price at anytime. All pricing errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Typographical Errors

FelixtheCat.com is not responsible for typographical errors, price differences, or coupon codes validity posted by forums, or any 3rd party affiliates.

All products sold by FelixtheCat.com offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team.

Returning a DEFECTIVE ITEM

Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 30 days SuperMediaStore shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.

 

Non-Defective Returns

Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items that are returnable by FelixtheCat.com to product manufacturers may, at FelixtheCat.com sole discretion, be accepted for return. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at FelixtheCat.com sole discretion within 30 days of original invoice date.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - All returns are subject to the following:
A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. FelixtheCat.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by FelixtheCat.com

All product return for refund or exchange must include the original packaging
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition. Any components within the original packaging must be included in the return. FelixtheCat.com may refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete package.

Cross-Ship (Advance Replacement)
All cross-ship items will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Customer agrees to pay first. In order for FelixtheCat.com to process the accurate cross ship request, customers will have to pay for the replacement product first.
  2. The exact exchange for the same product. Advance replacement is only available when exchanging for the same exact product.
  3. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is a service you pay for from the shipping companies.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by FelixtheCat.com.

 

All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to FelixtheCat.com, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Physical Damages to any product will void the product? warranty and eligibility for return
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances.

Order Process Information and Requirement

Shipment normally ships out the next business day after receiving your order (excluding holidays). FelixtheCat.com may contact you regarding the order you have placed. If, for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be put on hold. FelixtheCat.com does not hold any delaying responsibilities for any on hold orders for which they might cost any additional responsibilities. It is customer’s responsibility to make sure their information have been input clearly and correctly. We, however, will issue an email upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input. You may contact us during normal business hours or 24 hours via email.

On Hold Status

On hold status defines as orders that cannot be processed due to an error. We might hold your order for the following reasons:

  • Credit card information cannot be verified.
  • Billing information and/or shipping information cannot be matched.
  • Credit Card has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error.
  • Receiver does not match credit card record as authorized user.

In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please make sure you have correctly input your billing information. If it is needed, in addition, please notice your bank regarding your shipping address. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

FelixtheCat.com limited liability

FelixtheCat.com does not hold any responsibility for any lost of shipment due to shipping carriers mistakes or wrongdoings. In addition, however, FelixtheCat.com will issue a second shipment under special condition after 15 days after UPS claim package lost. Under any CIRCUMSTANCES, FelixtheCat.com’s liability limits to assist package locating, and to provide second shipment upon condition approval.
